Berger 109 Hybrid's - BassinDmax - 05-05-2021
Has anyone tried the Berger 109's? They appear to be about .060" longer then the 108's. Not sure they can be loaded mag length and may have to be single fed? Just wondering if any of you all have tried them? This is for gas gun.

Depends on your mags. This guy shot 'em a mile with ASC mags at a 2.285 COAL. https://youtu.be/Pd1kBnBzj_0
He's got another where he was just shy of 2k. CPD / Duramag Grendel mags allow the longest COAL at 2.310.
The problem is finding the 109's. If you know where they might be hiding, let us know!

I'm running the ASC mag's. Yep, finding them will be the challenge for sure. Not sure when the point hits that stuff starts getting back too normal, unfortunately prices may be a new normal.

I believe the 109's will fit in a mag.
ASC mags can run rounds out to nearly "2.300 OAL.

Finally able to pick up a couple boxes when they came up in stock at Powder Valley, should have them next week, not sure when I'll get a chance to work up a load for them.

They've got the 105 Hybrids too for $50ish if anyone wants to show Mr. Eagle Eye how to shoot a gas gun. I'm happy with my RDFs and have a 7-8 month stash, or I'd otherwise volunteer.

Got my order in, I need to get me a decent video camera to record some of my shooting sessions. I have a GoPro that has a decent picture on it, but no way to mount it. Maybe get something I can mount on the target, I wouldn't be to upset if I shot the damn thing.
