12" barrel velocity

So Kotaboy32 is claiming 2600 fps from Hornady Black out of a 16" barrel. What is everyone's opinion of the likely velocity from a 12" barrel. I'm specifically interested in the factory Hornady Black with the 105gr HPBT. 

The 105 HPBT @ 2500 fps zeroed at 200 yards +1 inch looks like it will almost perfectly match the PA ACSS reticle.

My first guess-timate would be from a comparable 6.5 Grendel at 100-105 grs.
I had a 12.5 that shot 90 Tnt's at 2628 (factory), and 100 Eldm's at 2454. The 110 C Chaos, 2400 - a mono-bullet however.
I'd say you might be little closer to 2400, maybe 2450. 2500 might be a stretch.

My AA 16" has a comfort zone of around 2580 with 107 SMKs. I was actually surprised to see Kotaboy32 chrono factory 105's at 2600. Still, it might be worth purchasing a SixFive 12" when they come available.
