I had a similar 25-30 fps drop when shooting some 103 eldx's groups with the new brass.
This could be just the effect from using new brass, some energy needed to stretch it. I plan to shoot them again as 1x fired's - think the MV's will come back to what I saw in my ladders (which were all either 1x or 2x brass at the time).
