Are they nuts?!?! I just picked up some Hornady Black 105 HPBT for $27 a box this week. I will not pay that for ammo, that is just nuts.

Some say gouging others say hoarding control. one way or another, affordable ammo is in short supply. Sales of rifles & pistols chambered for this cartridge are bound to suffer.
Can't imagine why Howa, Ruger & others are slow to offer this chambering?

On one hand, you can’t blame someone for trying to make top dollar, I guess.. On the other hand, I can and will remember who they are when I am deciding where to go for future purchases.

I’ve been buying 108 gr ELD Match for about $26 at SW. Wish I could find some new brass, but at the price I’ve been paying for the match, I’m happy to burn it to get 1nc fired cases. I’d feel a bit less enthusiastic about three bucks/rd.
Give a man a deer, and you’ll feed his family for a week or so. Teach him to shoot a deer, and he’ll soon spend all the grocery money on guns and ammo while his family goes without.
