Hope everybody has a great day, I just bought a 6mm arc full upper from Bear Creek, 24" stainless tube 8 twist. Hope to get out somewhere this weekend to stretch it out some, zero at 40y and took 5 shots to zero and then 2 shots to confirm. Shooting the 108 Hornaday ammo. 21.99 a box local but they don't carry any other weights. I am in the Knoxville area of E Tn. Hope to learn from everybody, I am retired so plenty of time between Dr appointments to shoot lol. 12 years military service, 1 son and 2 grandkids 18 & 19. anything hunting or fishing related are my vices these days.

Welcome aboard! Several ex/ret mil on here (as am I), but others too, everyone 6Arc-ish are welcome.
We live up the pike in the north Shenandoah valley, VA way. Got a good runnin' mate down in the Johnson City area.
108 factory is a good load, when it shoots well it's a keeper. I have one or 2 barrels don't like it but others that do. Most of my shooting is reloading but 108's are tagged if I want to take that particular barrel out in the woods.

Well I have never reloaded but suspect I am going to, ordered a brass catcher to save up something to reload. Might do a 22 arc upper in a year or 3. getting the equipment will be a investment I can pass on to my son. Least ways that will be the story I tell the wife lol come to think of it think I stated the same thing about gun purchases
