6mm ARC vs 6mm BR

Has any one who has both ever measured the case capacity (H2O)  My google foo has failed me.  Just looking for a ball park difference.

Just to re-enforce, The case capacity of Lapua 6 BR brass is about 38-39.5 grains of H20, after fire-forming per this article linked below.
