I think I read somewhere that, statistically speaking, 8 rounds was the minimum number to begin ruling out random variability — so it's interesting that you shot 8-, 9-, and 10-round groups.
The author of that article wasn't too keen on shooting one's best 3-round group and calling it a day while one was "still ahead." Never really achieved an accurate representation of the rifle's capability.
The more you flip a coin, the closer you get to the true statistical average!
