This is the second report I have read of reformed starline brass neck to shoulder cracking. The other report was that the cracks happened after 3 to 5 reloads. One of the possibilities discussed was a bad batch of starline brass. More details of your firearm (barrel make, barrel length, bolt or gas) will help.
