Stonehenge, agree. I sure want to try those Nosler 115-grain RDFs.
I e-mailed Barnes about data for their 85-grain TTSX:
Hi guys:
I know everyone is working their tail off right now to catch up with this crazy demand. But when your ballisticians come up for air, it sure would be nice to see some load data for the 6mm ARC and your 85-grain TTSX BT.
You are probably aware that Hornady has published data for gas guns at 52,000 psi and bolt guns at up to 62,000. I could likely work with their data for the 90-grain Hornady GMX Creedmoor but with your bullet in working up a load for New Mexico deer and antelope for my Savage bolt-action rifle.
I became very fond of your Triple Shock bullets when I got to use them in my handloads in 9,3X62 in Namibia 14 years ago. My PH was delighted when I gave him a box of TSXs as part of his tip, as they were the only bullet he would shoot.
Very best,
Alan Griffith <alang@barnesbullets.com>

Bill,
Thank you for choosing to shoot Barnes Bullets and fellow 9.3x62 shooter! Go ahead and use the 6mm ARC (Bolt Gun) Hornady 85-87 gr data from pg 248 of the most recent, 11th edition of the Hornady reloading manual. Just make sure you begin with the starting powder charges and work up.
