OK New question.
I contacted Boyds, they have NO stocks for the CZ527 Carbine. I think mine is a 527m.
What is the difference in a carbine and the American ?
Once the barrel is removed and a new longer barrel is attached does it change anything ?
From their website and got a text saying same

ATTENTION: THIS STOCK IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE CZ 527 M CARBINE MODEL. All finished stocks have been CNC inlet to Boyds' House Action. Variations may exist from firearm to firearm, minor fitting may be required to get that perfect fit to your firearm. Natural cosmetic imperfections such as minor knots, burls, heartwood, mineral lines or minor cosmetic fill work are not considered a defect and will be subject to the 12% restocking fee .
