95 sst, use the hornady data.  Seating will be short but it is doable, about 2.160-180 IIRC depending on your chamber dimensions.  Their data says 27.5 gr Tac max for a gas gun, 28.4 for bolt action.  29.5 is too hot for Tac.
You will det more MV with CFE or Lever that's for sure.  Their loads top out at ~29.4-7.
