Maybe load up 20 or so, so you're ready to go at a moment's notice.
Unless it is for TEOTWAWKI, I don't usually load and store a lot of rounds.
That said, for a properly loaded round stored in an AC controlled environment, it should last several years, maybe a decade or more.
But who wants to save something that long? I would shoot it next season or through the year, so storage.... well you get the drift.
For cheap, keep up with practice and maybe have some accuracy so it's worthwhile, I'd suggest maybe the 90 ELDX for you as stand-in for that 90 cx. Plentiful, not too $$$, the powder load may be different but should use the same powder, so you'd get good range time. Maybe even load to a similar MV, the BC is a little different but accuracy wise you should be there.
