Need support

I just got a sandbag that fits over the box blind window to steady my rifle without marks on my stock but am looking for the best rifle support for tree sands. Most of the tree stands I have been in have a small safety bar in front of the shooter. Most of the time it is not high enough to use as a rest for shooting.
Do any of you guys use some type of rest to shoot off of while in tree stands. I know I shake to much for offhand shooting anymore
Any suggestions ?
