It was a very calm day for a change and the groups at 600 were disappointing. About 6"-8". I know a lot of things could be the cause of this, but for the cost of this bullets, I'm going to look elsewhere. I've got a bunch of Hornady 105 HPBT match bullets. The bc isn't as good as the match burners, but the price is much better and I've always had good results with Hornady hpbt match bullets. This is particularly true in my Grendel. It shoots the 140 hpbt lights out.
Maybe I'm just disappointed in my ARC. It's much more difficult to get it to shoot as well as my Grendel. I like the ARC because it has slightly less recoil and is earier to see impacts at 600. Just hard to get it to shoot well.
Try the Berger Hybrids, 109 or 105. I have shot some .3 moa groups at 600 with the 109’s. Just working on the 105’s now. I shot 3 groups, .3, .4 and .5 at 340 today. I’ll take them out to 600 & 1,000 as soon as it cools down.
