New To Reloading Question

Here's my next thought, So I don't really care about crazy speed and I'm fine with the fps I'm gettin with the factory loads with a 26inch Barrel, and only shootin 100-200yards. But since the factory loads r loaded to AR specs, should I start with the reload data from Hornady with the Gas Gun data to get the same speeds I'm gettin already? It's also a little less powder each.
