I have two ARC gas setup and that's are competition use. 1. priority my is accuracy and shooting lying down, supported by only hands and magazine. My experience with guns have is, every is different, some love speed, some not. Bullet weight's are some. My ARC's one loves 105grain bullets and other 90grain bullet's. Nobody can't tell what is best for you.
What coming to reloading, my road had "stoned" with ARC. First I buy hornady dies and that's made scratchs to case body. Little polishing but not good. I buy also forster dies and last year cartridges made that. Seat are benchrest die and lot of better what are hornady. My ARC's headspace is different and both made own cartridges, just under what are chamber. First trimming, with Grendel case in right leng't after shooting, need trying. Case shortens in first shot and lots. I experince is also first "expansion" shot is not so accurate, what are second or third shot.
This year going to try made hydraulic expansions with case. I try made own custom die with that. I have different cases, basic Grendel Starline/Hornady and Lapua. Also old 22ppc from Sako, 6mm ppc what made 220 russian and about -70s/-80s 5.6x39/220 russian from Lapua( big prime) and Sako. Big prime is not good staff in gas gun or big pressures.
