Does anyone besides Uintahprecision currently make a 6mm ARC bolt gun that uses AR mags? Would like to by a 6 ARC bolt rifle for a Christmas present.

Nope they are the only folks that I am aware of.
You can backorder one right now, you are about one day late on getting an in stock unit. I was talking to Baker at Uinitah yesterday, they will have more in stock shortly. He said they are having a hard time keeping up with orders. I ordered some spare bolt parts for mine, everything on the bolt is proprietary so I thought it was a good idea to get extras just in case.
If you can not see the tyranny of having a gun ban enforced by men with guns... Then you fail to understand why the second amendment was written in the first place.
