Hello everyone this is my first post. I am trying to get some references since I’m about to start reloading my 6arc. Currently running a AR15 with a Faxon 20 inch barrel shooting hornady factory loads 108 ELD-M. These are the chronograph velocities and information I have for this round using a magneto chronograph. My question is is this a higher than normal velocity for my set up and if not what other most closely mimics the factory powder used by Hornady. I have already taken down a pig at 645 yards with this set up and like to keep it if possible. Thanks

In my 20" Monster ARC barrel, using 105 Factory Black the average velocity was close to what you got.
Hornday Black 2.200“
2.200 2616,2639,2659.2617,2640 5=1.295 AVE 2639 SD=15.33
2.250 2659,2658,2664,2667,2655 5=1.490 (3=.550) AVE 2660 SD=4.32
Using a max gas gun charge of Lever will get you close (start low, work up a safe load etc...)
108 ELD M, Lever, Rem 7 1/2, Horn/Convert, 2.250
27.5 2465
28.0 2535
28.5 2560
28.8 2610
29.0 2641
29.3 2657
29.5 2658

Good to know I was getting worried looking at Hornadys Reloading Guide showing only around 2550 ft./s with levers max load. I appreciate the feed back.

Diffrence in data is in part due to barrel length. Hornady load data is based on 18 inch, barrel length. Hornady is loading with proprietary propellant tweaked just for the application at hand. As a reloader CFE 223 or Leverevolution will likely get you close.
For hunting purposes you may do well go go to a real hunting bullet, 108 ELDM simply is not a real hunting bullet. Can it work, yes though the potential for poor performance after impact is all to likely.
Entire video linked below is good info, though 39 min in - through touches on choosing the right projectile for the application at hand or what could be your needs.

Id give the 103 gr ELDX, or the Sierra 100 gr TGK serious consideration.
Factory 2nds for your consideration.
