finally got out to retest some of my load and go great results. vv n540 27.5 grains sub1/2 inch group no problem.
also h4895 25.2-25.4 gr absolutly hammered. .3 in group one ragged hole. easily covered with a dime. try other powder to get away from the temp sensitive ball stuff. chrono battery died so will have to load more to verfy. but feel like i am finally catching my breath on this one

Asking for someone else, What's the secret with the 6mm ARC & getting the AR to cycle properly with a suppressor & no suppressor?

To be a bit more clear is a adjustable gas blok required?

Another question this time for my own curiosity, As I understand a carboned up case is unavoidable when shooting suppressed, Do you do anything special to clean up the carbon from the brass anywhere along the way in your reloading process?

yeah i have a adjustable gas block that works very well.

as far as reloading goes, before i got my gas block adjusted properly, I DID have a bunch of fouling on the brass but always wet tumbled with stainless pin. but since my gas block is now correctly set barley get and carbon on them now, but that is also dependent on the powder. with the vv540 and the h4895 there is very little but with leverevolution i do get quite a bit more, that stuff is dirty.
