Have any of you Reloader bumped a full length case sizer to extend case life on an AR 6mm ARC?

?? not sure what you're asking.
I use a full length resizer, which is what you should be doing for any AR style/ semi auto rifle.

I've adopted neck annealing as a means to extend my brass life. I full length resize every case, and I measure all cases and initially trim to 1.475" when needed. I know that max case length is 1.490", but I'm electing to trim any case that measures 1.480" or longer.

In practice, I've only had NOS 6.5 Grendel and recovered Hornady brass from factory ammo, though I recently acquired 250 new Starline 6.5 Grendel cases.

Hornady brass nearly always needs trimming after firing, while NOS rarely does. After my initial forming and trimming I haven't needed to trim any of the NOS brass thus far, after 2 firings.

With Hornady brass it's the primer pockets that go. The only thing to extend life I know of is to not load them hot. Pockets are still tight in my Lapua brass but I only have about 4 firings on them and I don't load near max.
