• Barrels are tough 41V50 steel with a weather-proof black nitride surface treatment
• Rifling is our proprietary 5R profile which creates minimal bullet engraving for maximum accuracy potential
• Twist rate is 1:7 to properly stabilize the longest 6mm bullets in the shortest barrels in the most extreme conditions
• Barrel profile features a thicker "bull" section near the chamber to provide strength, reduce barrel whip, and promote balance for ease of handling
• While maintaining SAAMI-spec, chamber design prevents "magnum" case bulging and throat allows seating to 2.280 for maximum powder capacity
• Chambers headspaced for Type 2 (we call them Mk136) 6.5 Grendel/6mmARC bolts with a boltface counterbore depth of .136" — our REXUS UltraBolt is the industry standard for engineering refinement at a competitive price!
