Howa mini scope rings

I am looking at Talley lightweight low rings for a Howa mini. Scope will be a 1" tube with 40-42mm objective.  Not sure if the low rings will work. Also if you are using these rings did you go with the standard or extended rings?

I ended up going with the Talley standard low rings. Both my leupold 3-9x40 and burris 4.5-14x42 fit just fine. I was concerned that the bolt handle would hit the eye piece power adjustment ring. It is close but not an issue. Hopefully this info helps someone in the future.

I also went with Talley rings on mine, and plenty of clearance with both scopes that I've had in them. One was a Nikon Slughunter 3-9x40, and the other was a Vortek Diamondback 4-16x42.
