On their website HERE, Federal Ammunition says a Gold Medal 6mm ARC loading with a Berger 108gr bullet is "coming soon."
Bullet is probably the Berger 6mm 108gr BT with a G1 BC of .522.
Would like to see the Berger 6mm 108gr Elite Hunter with a G1 BC of .559 — only .040 longer overall.
Or could have just used the Berger 6mm 105gr Hybrid with BC .536 and gotten a touch more velocity.
Sometimes I don't know what these companies are thinking: "Hmmm ... we have the choice of very similar bullets that would both work equally well, yet we have a chance to do something amazing from the ground up because we have a blank slate, but let's use the one that is technically inferior."
