Ray, what you're running into is that accuracy comes at "nodes" of MV based upon your rifle barrel, and other cartridge variables. Sometimes a given bullet only meets nodes at certain MV, and might not be able to make it up to the next one. I'm not sure that a mfr loads only to such a node, seems to me they load to a max MV they can get, for marketing purposes. We as a demographic seem to go for max speed, so higher numbers probably generate more sales.
