Another Question a cartridge's life is

I think once I have a hunting load for 90gr GMX 6arc I will have about 100 bullets left. Should I load , label and store them ? If so how long will they last ?

I was thinking about getting a cheaper bullet to load and shoot at the range, for range I can load light and conserve both powder and Brass life. 

What do you guys do ?

Maybe load up 20 or so, so you're ready to go at a moment's notice.
Unless it is for TEOTWAWKI, I don't usually load and store a lot of rounds.
That said, for a properly loaded round stored in an AC controlled environment, it should last several years, maybe a decade or more.
But who wants to save something that long? I would shoot it next season or through the year, so storage.... well you get the drift.
For cheap, keep up with practice and maybe have some accuracy so it's worthwhile, I'd suggest maybe the 90 ELDX for you as stand-in for that 90 cx. Plentiful, not too $$$, the powder load may be different but should use the same powder, so you'd get good range time. Maybe even load to a similar MV, the BC is a little different but accuracy wise you should be there.

If you are not intending shooting the ammo within a year or so you may do well to load the ammo closer to when you are going to shoot the ammo. Bullets can cold weld over time which can alter the effect of neck tension.

Cold welding may or may not be a significant concern. though be aware this can be factor to consider. I am of the opinion that the dirtier you leave your case mouths the less concern cold welding may be. Still I favor not having ammo loaded ahead for more than a season. YMMV.

As for cost effective bullets for target shooting, range time. Yes this would be the way I would roll. Something to be aware of though diffrent powder residue & copper fouling tend to season the barrel. So it may take some cleaning & firing a few rounds for the barrel to settle down & shoot the current ammo consistently.

Thanks to both of you . I checked and 90ELD-X is a lot less than the CX and starts at 27.2 on the Hornady loading app. so very safe to start and a lot of room to work up for target shooting 
I have a 20 round Hunting box that I take with me and use 16-18 rounds each year so I'll wait and load those later and get some 90eldx for now. So far I am happy with the LR so I'll hold off on different powder till I get better at it.
My problem seemed to be going over the weight and trying to remove some and adjust ,my hands shake to much so I got a trickler and a little better electronic scale to try.
Will be going to the range again 2 weeks I'll see how much I have learned
